This policy explains how Zivranexsloxaron handles returns and refunds for Zenvor food supplements ordered through our channels.

2. Right of withdrawal

Where mandatory consumer law grants a cooling-off period for distance sales, you may cancel within the statutory window provided the seal on ingestible goods is intact. Opened food supplements may be excluded after health-hygiene rules.

3. Defective or incorrect items

If you receive the wrong product, damaged bottles, or missing items, notify us without undue delay and include photographs when helpful. We arrange replacement or reimbursement in line with applicable law.

4. Return process

  1. Message support@zivranexsloxaron.world or contact@zivranexsloxaron.world with your order reference.
  2. Wait for written return instructions including warehouse address.
  3. Ship goods in protective packaging with tracking where possible.

5. Refund timing

Approved refunds are initiated within fourteen days of receiving the goods or evidence of return, using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.

6. Shipping costs

We cover prepaid labels for verified faults. For withdrawals where you changed your mind and the law applies, outbound shipping fees follow statutory rules; return postage may be your cost unless stated otherwise during checkout.

7. Hygiene and safety

Returned ingestible products must be unopened unless a defect is proven, to protect customer health.

8. Cross-border and geography-specific rules

We operate from New Zealand. If you ordered while located in the European Union, the EEA, or the United Kingdom, mandatory consumer directives may grant you return or withdrawal rights in addition to the hygiene limits described above. Customs charges paid to border agencies are usually not refundable by us. For other countries, local import and food-supplement rules determine whether a return shipment is practical.

9. Updates

We revise this policy when legislation or logistics partners change. The “Last updated” line shows the newest version.
